General Description of Activity Big Tobacco doesn’t want the truth about how its products kill people, so they try to keep the warning labels on packs small and hard to understand. Design your own labels and put in what you think they should really say. Take a look at the ingredients for “Make Your Own Cigarette”, “Make Your Own Dip” and use Raze stats to decide what you want to put on the stickers. Get some peel-off stickers and some markers if you’re doing it by hand, and start drawing. You can print them out on a computer, too. Ask local stores that sell tobacco to allow you to place the labels on tobacco packages. Make sure you find out how many stickers you’ll need to make. Ask the storeowner for permission to invite the media as well. If he doesn’t want the media in the store, ask permission to take your own pictures for submission. If you get permission, set a date for the commotion with the store and invite the media if allowed.
